Parineeti is an actor and musician who rose to repute in 2011, after appearing in the romantic comedy, Ladies vs Ricky Bahl. Acting wasn't her first pastime even though, the star has a triple honors degree in trade, finance, and economics.

Parineeti is an outspoken lady with a vivacious character. She isn't afraid to share her personal struggles along with her lovers. She was applauded for speaking about her mental well being brazenly.

She Never Wanted To Be An Actor

Parineeti also published the way it annoyed her when folks brought up her sister Priyanka's career and requested why she did not get into acting too.

"People would tell me, ‘Your cousin is a heroine, why don’t you get into acting as well?’ That really irritated me. But when I saw the process of acting up close, I felt like I could do this well."

Parineeti and Priyanka labored together in 2019 when they voiced Anna and Elsa for Frozen 2's Hindi model.

She Spoke About Battling Depression Openly

She has been approaching about her mental well being struggles and isn't afraid of ways opening up about her private struggles would possibly impact her career.

According to Hindustan Times, the big name published "I’m referring to the year 2015 - end of 2014 and all of 2015. I would say the one-and-half years were truly the worst time of my life. Two of my films, Daawat-e-Ishq and Kill Dil didn’t work. That was my first setback.

"I simply was in my room, observing TV, snoozing, getting up, staring all day. I was a zombie. I was a standard filmy depressed girl. I would curl up on my settee and sleep, falling unwell all the time. I didn’t meet the media for nearly six months."

Parineeti is seemingly doing great these days. She has most recently starred in the Hindi remake of The Girl on The Train, which will be available on Netflix from the 26th of February 2021. It could be a game-changer for the star as it could very well be the movie that'll land her in Hollywood.
